You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 365ph.com may require documentary verification of any information provided, including a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
365ph.com conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365ph.com Login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 365ph.com of unauthorized access.

Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted or closed.
365ph.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Prohibited Payment Methods: 365ph.com does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within 1–3 business days. 365ph.com reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending verification of the source of funds or completion of outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside of the specific terms under which they were issued. 365ph.com may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Real Money Funds held in the account at the time of termination for cause will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the findings of any investigation.
You may request closure of your 365ph.com account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 365ph.com will notify you via email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. 365ph.com reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after the applicable notice period, subject to the balance not falling below zero.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines. Any reference to regulatory requirements shall be interpreted in light of the regulations in force at the relevant time.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 365ph.com platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating to game outcomes, the records maintained by 365ph.com's server logs shall constitute the primary evidence of the game result, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
